David is a digital media veteran with over 12 years of business development and operational experience. David co-founded Metamorphic after eight years at Google where he was on the founding team that launched Google's advertising monetization (Google was generating $3 million in revenue when David joined). Pursuant to helping hire and structure the regional sales teams, David co-founded Google's Vertical Market group. David and his team worked with Fortune 1000 companies as well as the top global Advertising agencies. David was a leader on Google's hiring and culture committees and was responsible for the hiring of many of Google's sales and business leaders.

David has been an active early stage investor and advisor, including holdings in Amie Street and Payoneer where he has invested capital and helped young companies with monetization, business development, traffic acquisition, hiring and corporate culture development.

Prior to David's more than 12 years in the Internet marketing and distribution industry, he was in the financial services industry advising investors, small business and institutions on Internet and business-to-business equities and funding strategies.

David graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992.
